Without blowing our own trumpet too much, below are some emails sent to us by happy customers. We are a small company which prides itself on a personal service. Everything is checked before being sent out and packed to arrive in perfect condition anywhere in the world. On the rare occasion that something does go wrong, be it the courier finding it hard to deliver, or something has broken in transit, we aim to sort everything out straight away for you. We appreciate feedback so we can strive to constantly improve our service offered.

    I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the lovely shellfish deep rimmed bowls that I ordered on the Saturday before Christmas - over the phone - and your wife advised me that she had no packers in the studio due to the snow, so could not advise me when I would expect delivery. I was not expecting them until the New Year so I was so surprised to receive them on the Wednesday before Christmas - and they are such a lovely christmas present - we are going to use them tonight - they are very special - thanks very much.

    I just wanted to drop you a line to say that my speakers were wowed with the gift to them. They loved the mugs, very different and personalized. I will be continuing to contact you for events were doing in the future. My friends also loved the plate and that will be hanging in a place of honor in their kitchen.
